Meet Dr. Sandy Fraser
Dr. Sandy was born on a little island called Sri Lanka, but she grew up in the Outback in Australia. She graduated from Sydney University where she studied an undergraduate degree in Medical Science. Upon completing that degree she went on to complete her graduate degree in Chiropractic at the prestigious Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
She has 10 years of experience working as a Chiropractor in Australia and the United States. She has extensive experience treating ailments from low back pain, neck pain, headaches, wrist pain, knee problems, jaw problems and much more.
Early on she developed a passion for prenatal chiropractic after completing her thesis in post-partum low back pain during pregnancy .She was also inspired by great pediatric and prenatal chiropractors like the late Jeanne Ohm on the importance of chiropractic for the mom and the child.
After becoming a mom of two kids herself, she really wanted to help every mom have a safe and happy pregnancy and delivery. She went on to pursuing her passion further by becoming Webster-Certified. She is also an active member of the ICPA – international Pediatric Association and has undertaken extensive coursework into the chiropractic care of infants and children. Her hobbies include traveling, learning languages and playing Ukulele!
