It has been my pleasure to serve the people of the Edmonds and surrounding areas for the past 11 years. The time has come for me to step aside and pass on your care to another. As of March 1st, I will be leaving practice. Realizing that this time would come, I began an extensive search to find a Chiropractor who would provide the same care and concern which has been my privilege to render. My search came to a successful end recently when Dr. Matt So agreed to take over the practice.
Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Dr. Matt has a B.S. in Biology from Queen’s University and a Doctor of Chiropractic from the founding school of Chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport. He graduated with honors and took over 400 hours of education outside of school in shoulder injuries, low back problems, motor vehicle accident injuries, athletes and multiple treatment techniques. He is also currently completing his Certification as a Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner from the International Chiropractic Association and will be a community expert in what it takes to Think, Eat and Move Well.
Dr. Matt first went to a chiropractor while in university and since that life-changing experience, his life and health have never been the same. Chiropractic has helped him resolve health problems that once plagued him and helps him live his life at his optimum everyday.
Dr. Matt has practiced in Bellevue, WA for the past three and half years at Tuttle Chiropractic Clinic, a successful family oriented chiropractic clinic. He has experience working with young babies to people who are young at heart. Dr. Matt also loves sports and the active lifestyle of the Northwest; he is currently involved with dragon boat, volleyball, and any sport that he can get his hands on. He has worked with the YMCA in Bellevue, coached volleyball with the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club and has helped out with the Interlake Football program and Sammamish Volleyball team. In his Bellevue practice, he worked with many active people, but his passion is working with families and their children.
Dr. So is trained in the same method of adjusting that I have used to successfully correct spinal curves and will continue implementing and building upon, the spinal rehabilitation program, which has been the hallmark of this practice. Both Doctors have a love for providing care to the entire family including children and Dr. So has a particular area of specialty in the diagnosis and management of traumatic injuries including whiplash and industrial accidents.
As you can see, Dr. So is very well qualified to serve as your Chiropractor. More importantly, he has the unique combination of genuine care and concern for his patients, which was my main goal in finding someone to perpetuate my practice. I know Dr. So will provide the best possible service to you and your loved ones. In addition, I will be reviewing your cases with Dr. So and he has offered to perform re-examinations to bring each file up to date. In addition, all your records will stay on active file with Dr. So therefore, your care can continue without any problems. Also, please bring in this letter and Dr. So will allow your friends and family to receive a no charge examination and X-rays(if needed) as a new or returning patient, but this is a limited time offer.
In closing, let me thank you again for the special privilege of serving you over the years. My care and concern for you is not ending with my move, but will continue through the very capable service that Dr. So and our friendly staff will provide. We will also be holding an open house gathering on March 24th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm to meet Dr. So and say goodbye to Dr. Bowers. Food and beverages will be provided.
Please accept my wishes for a happy and healthy life through the benefit of Chiropractic care.
